Does sending an enquiry book the work?

Do I need a complete specification to ask for a quote?

Is there a charge to request a quotation?
There is no charge to request a quote. If a separate paid service is proposed, ask for its price and agree it before it takes place. Request a quote.
Can I supply the products myself?
Discuss product references, compatibility and delivery dates before ordering. Agree who checks deliveries and arranges replacements for missing or damaged items. Supply responsibilities for a refit.
How are extra tasks handled?

Where are prices, deposits and payment stages shown?

How do I report a problem with completed work?
